How long does it take to custom print my canopy?

Standard production is 10 to 15 business days from the time an order is placed until it is delivered to your door. Rush orders may be available; delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.

What kind of warranty will I get?

Products include a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage excludes weather damage and misuse.

What materials are they made of?

Covers use 500 Denier polyester printed with UV-resistant inks using a full-color digital process. Frames vary by model (steel or aluminum with nylon fittings).

Are replacement parts available?

Yes. Replacement parts and complete frames are available for most canopy models.

Can I return my order?

Custom printed items are not returnable. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
