Where We Ship

Standard shipping rates apply to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Physical street addresses are required; P.O. boxes and freight-forwarding addresses are not accepted. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require expedited service with possible additional fees. International shipping is unavailable.

Processing Time

Most items ship within 24 to 48 business hours after order placement.

Delivery Time

Expected delivery is 3 to 5 business days after carrier pickup. Weekend deliveries may occur in select areas.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated per order based on box dimensions, weight, and destination ZIP code. Rates are subject to fluctuation.

Missing or Damaged Items on Arrival

Inspect your package upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 30 days. Required documentation: proof of purchase, photographs of damage, and an itemized list of missing or defective items. Replacement parts ship free of charge by ground shipping. Damage caused by improper anchoring, severe weather, or misuse is not eligible for free replacement.
