Confirmations are sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, contact Customer Service.
Can you forward my FedEx tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers are available when you log in to your King Canopy account.
How long does it take for items to ship?
Arrival time depends on location. We ship products out within 1-3 days, excluding holidays.

Product Questions
Do you have a fire-resistant 10x10 pop-up canopy top?
Yes. Look for the tag inside the canopy (similar to a pillow tag) for fire-resistance specifications, or check the Certificate of Flammability section on our website.
Where can I find King Canopy products in stores?
A limited selection is carried by major retailers including Home Depot, Walmart, and Hayneedle.
Do the ball bungees come with the cover?
No. Ball bungees can be purchased separately, including alongside replacement covers.
Do your replacement covers only fit your canopy frames?
Please refer to the product dimension table on each replacement cover product page.
Can I add pipes to make my unit taller?
We do not recommend modifying canopy height beyond the designed specifications. Making a unit taller creates an unstable structure and can void the warranty.
Do I need 2 people to set up the units?
We recommend at least 2 people for assembly. However, many of our units can be set up by one person.
How do I measure my canopy?
Width & Length: Measure outside-to-outside at the corner 3-way fitting at the top of the leg pipe.
Peak Height: Measure from the ground to the top edge of the peak fitting.
Side Height: Measure from the ground to the top edge of the 3-way fitting where the horizontal bar attaches.
How do I measure my pipe?
Diameter: Measure across the open end of the pipe, outside-to-outside.
Length: Measure outside-to-outside along the entire length.
How can I tell the difference between a Festival and a Tuff Tent pop-up?
Festival is made of steel; Tuff Tent is aluminum. The Festival truss bars have a smooth finish. The Tuff Tent truss bars have two horizontal grooves along the length.
Are tools required to assemble my canopy?
Tools are not required for most units. Some require a wrench or pliers to tighten clamps. A rubber mallet may help tap fittings into place or assist with disassembly.
Warranty & Weather
Does the warranty cover weather-related damage?
No. The warranty covers factory defects and premature failure of components. Coverage length varies by product line and is listed on each product page. Weather-related damage and end-user damage are excluded.
Are the canopies wind rated?
King Canopy canopies are not designed to remain up in wind gusts over 20 mph. These are temporary shelters and must be anchored if left up for extended periods. If severe weather is anticipated, remove the cover to prevent damage.
Is my canopy in compliance with HOA, local ordinances, and building codes?
Please check with your local building and zoning ordinances, covenants, and HOA before installation.
