SMS Privacy Statement

This statement explains how King Canopy (PIC America, Ltd.) handles information related to our one-to-one text messaging with customers and vendors. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

When you text with King Canopy, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of the messages you exchange with our team, along with basic delivery information.

How we use it

We use this information only to communicate with you about your quotes, orders, artwork proofs, shipping and tracking, and account, and to provide customer support. We do not use it for marketing text campaigns.

How we share it

No mobile opt-in information or consent is shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share message information only with the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf (for example Microsoft Teams Phone and the underlying wireless carriers and aggregators), strictly so that messages can be delivered, and only as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

Data retention and security

We retain message information only as long as needed for the business purposes above and our recordkeeping, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
