SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Effective June 18, 2026

King Canopy (PIC America, Ltd.) offers one-to-one text messaging so our team can communicate directly with customers and vendors. By providing your mobile number to a King Canopy representative, or by texting us first, you agree to these terms.

What the program is

This is conversational, one-to-one messaging between you and a King Canopy employee about your quotes, orders, artwork proofs, shipping and tracking, and account. It is not a marketing or promotional texting program, and we do not send bulk or automated/marketing text campaigns under it.

Your consent

You consent to receive text messages from King Canopy when you give your mobile number to one of our representatives (for example on a quote request, sales order, email, phone call, or in person) for the purpose of communicating about your business with us. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Opting out" below).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. You will generally only receive texts in the course of an active quote, order, or account conversation.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. King Canopy does not charge for text messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving text messages from that number. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us by email at rkalal@kingcanopy.com or by phone at 800-800-6296.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Statement and our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to third parties for their marketing.
